Charlie Y. Chou is a trial attorney. He litigates and tries high-stakes complex commercial, intellectual property, class action, products liability, mass tort, and employment cases. He began his career at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP and has more than a decade of experience with all aspects of civil litigation, from pre-complaint investigation through appeal.  Charlie has represented a diverse range of clients including Sony Corporation, F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG, Wells Fargo, QVC, Inc., Walgreen Co., Union Oil Company of California, MediaTek, Inc., Oracle, and other Fortune 500 companies.

He earned a B.A. from the University of Southern California in 2002 and graduated from U.C. Hastings College of the Law in 2006.  He was the recipient of a full academic scholarship at both USC and U.C. Hastings.

In his free time, Charlie enjoys good food, exploration, and the company of old friends.
