Ms. Holiday has civil litigation experience spanning over 25 years representing businesses and individuals in a variety of general liability areas, including premises liability, products liability, general negligence, toxic tort, and construction defect. She excels in litigation involving significant exposure cases, serious and catastrophic injury, wrongful death and complex matters arising from property and personal injury claims. She has achieved success in jury and bench trials and favorable results in alternative dispute resolution methods of mediation and arbitration.

Breadth of experience allows her mission to remain simple: commitment to superior client service while producing best results. She is a problem solver who recognizes that proper early case assessment, the ability to offer practical advice to resolve difficult or complex issues, a client customized approach to litigation is required to allow efficient and cost effective legal services and maximizing outcomes.

As a principal of de la Peña & Holiday, she encourages collaborative efforts and mentoring within the firm and the communities we serve. Through philanthropy and volunteerism, she believes we give voice to causes, big and small, and provide for the advancement of humanity.

Ms. Holiday has served as a court appointed arbitrator and judge pro-tem for Santa Clara County Superior Court. She has also served on the Judicial Review Committee for the Santa Clara County Bar Association. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for a non-profit organization assisting families.

Ms. Holiday received both her degrees, Bachelor of Science, Sociology in 1983, and her Juris Doctorate, with distinction, in 1987 from the University of Santa Clara.
