As a litigator with experience in contracts, real estate, probate, bankruptcy, and insurance defense, Kelsey is no stranger to adversity.
Kelsey is a first generation American, college graduate and now a practicing attorney.
Kelsey attended California State University East Bay, where she became the first in her family to graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree (Psychology). She followed by attending Golden Gate University School of Law, where she graduated with her Juris Doctorate degree.
As a litigator with experience in contracts, real estate, probate, bankruptcy, and insurance defense, Kelsey is no stranger to adversity. She has represented both individuals and small businesses of all backgrounds to help them protect their rights or pursue their claims. Kelsey worked as a paralegal, bar-certified law student, and attorney, including a year volunteering as a bar-certified law student at the Women’s Employment Rights Clinic representing low-income workers.
Kelsey was admitted to the California State Bar in 2021. She is also a member of Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom (BALIF).
