Kevin N. LaBarbera is a litigator based in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Mr. LaBarbera’s practice focuses on the areas of real estate, construction defect, landlord-tenant, and tort litigation.  Kevin represents retailers, restaurants/bars, commercial and residential property owners, and managers in both litigation and pre-litigation matters.

Kevin is a skilled negotiator and is committed to helping his clients resolve issues in an efficient manner, both from a time and cost perspective.

Kevin obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis.  He attended Santa Clara University School of Law.  While in law school, Kevin served as an Executive Board Member of the Honors Moot Court, and was selected to represent Santa Clara University on its Honors Moot Court Negotiation team.
