Ms. Stavroff’s civil litigation practice focuses on landlord-tenant, construction defect, and tort litigation for individuals and businesses.

Prior to joining de la Peña & Holiday, Ms. Stavroff worked in criminal law representing defendants in felony and homicide cases with allegations of special circumstances. She has further experience in family law and has served as an extern with the Superior Court of California County of San Francisco.

While earning her law degree, Ms. Stavroff received the Gold Pro Bono Publico Award for providing 100+ hours of pro bono legal services to indigent individuals and an award for her oral argument in the Advocate of the Year Competition. Additionally, Ms. Stavroff was a Moot Court competition team member, Vice President of the Family Law Society, and Arthur C. Zief, Jr. scholarship recipient.

Ms. Stavroff is admitted to the State Bar of California and serves as an Advisor to a non-profit dedicated to transforming underserved youth and communities through trauma-informed mindfulness. In her spare time, Ms. Stavroff is a yoga teacher and disciplined Ashtanga yoga practitioner.
