Mr. Carroll’s civil litigation practice focuses on the areas of real estate, construction defect, landlord-tenant, and tort litigation. His entertainment and transactional practice focuses on intellectual property licensing and corporate formation and governance for artists and companies.

During law school, Robert participated in a technology business practicum, counseling local technology companies in the areas of corporate governance and intellectual property. He also competed nationally for the Boalt Hall Alternative Dispute Resolution and Entertainment Negotiation Teams. Additionally, he helped represent Cambodian refugees seeking asylum in the California Asylum and Refugee Clinic.

In his spare time, Mr. Carroll is an avid musician, having collected numerous writing, production and performance credits as a guitarist and composer.
