Victor has worked as a paralegal for six years in a diverse range of areas of law: civil litigation, labor law, worker’s compensation and medical collections.  He also has a strong administrative background gained from work in many sectors from finance to technology to distilling.

Since his undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley studying Sociology, Victor has always held an interest in how social interactions can lead to conflicts and resolution, an interest which ultimately led him to the field of law.  After completing the certificate Paralegal Studies program at San Francisco State University, he worked in Atlanta, Georgia in hospital liens and insurance.  From there he went on to work in the management of pension contributions for union employees in the greater Bay Area Region.

During his free time, Victor enjoys playing softball, swimming, and the art and challenge of cooking.
