David Rodríguez (he/his/el) is a civil litigator based in Los Angeles who has defended entities and individuals.  Mr. Rodríguez proudly values working with his clients to resolve unforeseen disputes in an equitable and efficient way reducing both cost and minimizing time spent on costly litigation.  Mr. Rodríguez’ experience includes commercial, business, employment, estate planning, insurance coverage, tort claims, and complex, multi-party matters and litigation.  Mr. Rodríguez is approved as counsel by many insurance carriers and corporations.

Mr. Rodríguez attended the University of California at Riverside, where he earned two bachelor’s degrees, one in history and one in political science along with a minor in sociology. In 2021, he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.  While in law school he served as a law clerk with the Kern County Public Defender’s Office, and the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office.

In 2021, Mr. Rodríguez was admitted to the State Bar of California and in 2022 to the Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Out of the office, Mr. Rodríguez enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, traveling, and attending games to cheer on los Dodgers de Los Angeles.
