Greg founded de la Peña & Holiday after working for large corporate law firms for over 20 years. His goal was and remains to provide the best and most responsive legal services to his clients at a reasonable cost.

Greg’s experience includes commercial/business, real estate, entertainment, employment, construction, insurance coverage, and complex, multi-party matters and litigation. He has represented corporations and individuals in matters where the damages claimed reach $100,000,000. He is approved as counsel by many insurance carriers and corporations.

Greg attended the University of California at Berkeley, where he earned two bachelor’s degrees, one in economics and one in political science. In 1986, he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. While in law school he served as an extern with the United States Federal District Court, Northern District of California.

In 1986, Greg was admitted to the State Bar of California and the Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. He is also a member of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
