Terry practices in the areas of complex litigation, real estate law, landlord-tenant disputes, employment law, personal injury and tort liability.  Terry believes that the best way to deliver quality, cost-effective legal representation is by developing case strategies that are custom-tailored to the unique needs and goals of each of his individual clients.  He is a problem solver who takes a critical eye to every challenge that arises in the course of litigation.

Terry earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where he was awarded Highest Honors in Politics.  Terry then obtained his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was a member of the U.C. Hastings Honor Society, Thurston Society, and elected to the school’s chapter of the Order of the Coif.  During law school, Terry received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Contracts and a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Evidence.  He also received an award for Best Moot Court Brief and was a semifinalist at the U.C.
